TESCO - Statistical SamplingStatistical Sampling Programs provide a benefit to meter testing operations by reducing the number of meters to be tested and improve the quality of the test data from a business perspective.TESCO has developed in-service meter test plans for electric, gas, and water utilities throughout the country allowing them to satisfy their local regulating agency requirements, reduce costs of meter testing, obtain better data about the health of the meter population at large, and make better business decisions based on classes of meters, not just age.
